I am currently supporting a PEO Asia member in the search for a General Manager for a four\-star hotel. Please find the role details below: **Position: General Manager (GM)** **Location: North York, Toronto**   **Overview** Crowne Plaza Toronto is seeking an experienced and results\-driven General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations, drive financial performance, and elevate guest experience standards. We're looking for a dynamic hospitality leader with a strong background in full\-service hotels and proven experience in globally recognized hotel groups. **Key Responsibilities** ·        Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for hotel operations, including Rooms, Food \& Beverage, Sales \& Marketing, and Finance ·        Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market positioning in a competitive urban hospitality market ·        Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards at the highest level ·        Lead, mentor, and develop a high\-performing management team ·        Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet ownership and brand expectations ·        Strengthen relationships with corporate clients, partners, and the local business community ·        Ensure compliance with all brand, legal, and operational standards **Qualifications \& Experience** ·        Minimum 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry ·        Prior experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager in a full\-service or upscale hotel ·        Strong background with leading international hotel groups such as Marriott, Hilton, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), or similar ·        Demonstrated success in driving revenue, GOP performance, and operational excellence **Preferred Background** ·        Prior experience as Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) or Director of Food \& Beverage (F\&B) is highly desirable ·        Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to lead sales\-driven growth ·        Deep understanding of both rooms and F\&B operations **Leadership Profile** ·        Strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution\-focused ·        Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ·        High emotional intelligence with the ability to lead diverse teams ·        Results\-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability **Why Join** This is a chance to lead a flagship Toronto property, reposition it, optimize performance, and build a high\-impact leadership platform within a globally recognized hospitality brand.
