Job Title: Hotel Manager Location: Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh Employment Type: Full\-Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail\-oriented Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property in Vrindavan. The ideal candidate should ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and high service standards aligned with the spiritual and cultural essence of the city. Key Responsibilities 1\. Operations Management Oversee day\-to\-day hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and F\&B Maintain property standards, cleanliness, and maintenance 2\. Guest Experience Deliver a warm, personalized experience for guests, including pilgrims and tourists Handle guest complaints and ensure quick resolution 3\. Team Management Hire, train, and supervise hotel staff Create staff schedules and ensure productivity Build a service\-oriented and disciplined team culture 4\. Revenue \& Sales Manage room inventory and pricing strategy Coordinate with marketing teams for bookings and promotions Drive direct bookings and partnerships with travel agents 5\. Vendor \& Inventory Management Manage vendor relationships (laundry, food suppliers, maintenance, etc.) Track inventory and control operational costs 6\. Compliance \& Administration Ensure adherence to local laws, safety, and licensing requirements Maintain records, reports, and daily MIS Required Skills \& Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field 3–6 years of experience in hotel operations (preferably in religious/tourist destinations) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities Preferred Profile Experience of working in Vrindavan / Mathura / spiritual tourism sector will be an added bonus. * Ability to handle high guest volumes during peak seasons and festivals
