Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Operational Oversight:** Managing daily hotel functions, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance, to maintain high standards.
* **Guest Services:** Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling complaints, and maximizing guest satisfaction.
* **Financial Management:** Preparing budgets, controlling costs, setting room rates, and analyzing financial reports to increase profitability.
* **Staff Leadership:** Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating staff, as well as creating work schedules.
* **Marketing \& Sales:** Implementing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue, often overseeing events, conferences, and partnerships.
* **Compliance \& Safety:** Adhering to health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and security procedures.
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
