This position oversees day\-to\-day hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff performance. Key responsibilities include managing hotel departments such as front desk, \& food \& beverage, maintaining budgets, and implementing customer service excellence strategies. The Hotel Manager will collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the Hard Rock brand and FORBES standards. **Qualifications** * Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences. * Proven expertise in Food \& Beverage as well as Rooms Budgeting to drive revenue and profitability. * Knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations to manage and optimize dining and bar services. * Experience in managing Receptionist Duties, including front desk management and guest relations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to effectively manage diverse teams and support a collaborative work environment. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-energy environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience in hotel management and familiarity with luxury or lifestyle hotel brands is required
