**ABOUT THE ROLE**   We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join the team! As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at the hotel of 19 keys. You will provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments, such as housekeeping, front office, and maintenance. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and obtaining optimum efficiency and economy of operations. **PAY RANGE** : $70,000 \- $90,000 Annualized Salary *Housing or housing stipend offered* **Essential Duties:**   * Strong supervisory skills: ability to appropriately assign/delegate work and authority to others in the accomplishment of goals; provide coaching, advice and assistance as required; help employees overcome obstacles and deal with problems. * Hire and train employees to support successful daily operations. * Manage costs within the hotel, including supplies, utilities, labor expenses to within budget parameters, combing with sales/revenue acumen to deliver an efficient and profitable operation. * Knowledge of safety management principles; federal and state OSHA regulations; safety, emergency, and accident policies and procedures. * Must be capable of performing all hourly functions and operating all equipment in the hotel, including front office coverage. * Ability to use repetitive hand and body motions such as grasping, writing, typing, listening, hearing, and visual acuity. * Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for prolonged periods of time. **Specific Requirements of this role:**   * Review financial reports and statements to understand the property’s performance versus budget and expenses. * Knowledge of hotel operations including budgeting, sales, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage if needed. * Lead the property in generation of revenue through sales and marketing efforts. * Coach and support the hotel team to effectively manage occupancy and rates, wages, and controllable expenses. * Ensure full compliance with the hotel’s operating controls, SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications**   * At least 2 years experience in a managerial/director role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. * Experience with operating a Property Management System(s). * Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team. * Ability to work under pressure and in high volume settings. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. *The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Company is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
