**Company Description** We are looking for General Manager, at our Newly Opened SpringHill Suites At Pittsburgh Airport. **Role Description** The Hotel General Manager at SpringHill Suites by Marriott will oversee daily operations, ensuring optimal guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. Responsibilities include managing hotel staff, maintaining service excellence, monitoring budgets, and aligning operations with brand standards. The role involves overseeing the food and beverage department and implementing effective business strategies. This is a full\-time, on\-site position based in Gettysburg, PA. **Qualifications** * Strong General Management and Business Management skills with a track record of successful hotel operations leadership * Exceptional Customer Service skills to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations * Experience in Budgeting and financial decision\-making to optimize profitability * Knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations and the ability to oversee related services * Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively * Proficiency in hotel management systems and an understanding of the hospitality industry * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred * Previous experience in hotel management roles is highly desirable
