**Role Description**
This is an on\-site, full\-time role for a Hotel General Manager, located in Manitoba. This is a hands\-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, values operational efficiency, and is committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience with energy and enthusiasm.
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all day\-to\-day hotel operations, ensuring strong financial performance, maintaining brand standards, and leading a high\-performing team. This role requires a leader who is operationally involved, highly organized, and focused on customer service excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee daily operations including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance
* Drive revenue performance and manage operating budgets to meet financial targets
* Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability
* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and manage online reputation
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
* Maintain compliance with brand standards, health \& safety regulations, and company policies
* Manage payroll and control labor costs effectively
* Build relationships within the local community and corporate market
**Qualifications**
* Strong financial and operational management skills
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
* Experience with hotel PMS and revenue management practices
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
* Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
