**Hotel General Manager** 💰 **$90K–$130K \+ Bonus** General Manager – Hotel (Marriott Experience Required) We are seeking a **results\-driven Hotel General Manager** with **Marriott brand experience** to lead a mid\-scale property and drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a **hands\-on leader** with strong financial acumen, sales focus, and the ability to build and motivate high\-performing teams. **Key Requirements** * **Marriott General Manager experience** in a similar property 3\+ years * Proven accomplishments including: * **Group sales growth** * **Food \& Beverage management experience** * Demonstrated leadership and **results\-driven performance** **What You’ll Do** * Lead, hire, and develop a strong hotel team while fostering a positive culture. * Drive **occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance** through sales engagement and market strategy. * Oversee **financial performance** , including budgeting, payroll control, and P\&L management. * Ensure operational excellence across **front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F\&B** . * Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. **Ideal Candidate:** A highly motivated hospitality leader with a proven track record of improving hotel performance and building strong teams.
