**Duties And Responsibilities**
* Lead and support operations at an award\-winning Select Service property, maintaining the high standards that contributed to its Torchbearer Award recognition while helping guide the team through an active renovation period with some improvements completed and others still underway.
* Embody Pathfinder's core values and Platinum Service Culture to our internal and external guests
* Serve as an ambassador for property and Pathfinder by building strong relationships within the local community.
* Proactively recruit year\-round for new Internal Guests via Social Media, Referral Program Awareness Campaign and Career Fairs
* Lead efforts to maximize market share (Revpar Index) through aggressive sales and marketing by actively coaching and leading team members to embody the "Everybody Sells" culture.
* Create value for the property in an empowered culture by fostering a culture of innovation, embodying a zero\-based budgeting mindset, and maintaining a pristine building while overseeing a property environment that is currently being enhanced through ongoing renovations.

**Qualifications**
* Demonstrates excellent problem\-solving and leadership skills
* High level of Emotional Intelligence
* Passion for delivering memorable experiences to external and internal guests
* Proactive mindset
* Results\-oriented
* Strong desire to learn and grow as a hospitality professional
* Preferred but not required \- bilingual in Spanish and English
**Salary, Compensation, And Benefits**
* Annual Salary: $85,000 \- $95,000
