Hotel General Manager - New Opening Marriott Property

Be part of something exciting from the ground up! We're seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the opening and operations of a brand\-new Fairfield by Marriott in York, NE. This position is ideal for a hands\-on leader with Marriott brand experience. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations\-including staffing, training, sales and marketing, financial management, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance\-to ensure the hotel's successful debut and long\-term profitability. What You'll Do * Oversee all pre\-opening activities\-staffing, training, brand setup, and operational launch. * Drive financial performance, guest satisfaction, and brand compliance. * Build and mentor a top\-performing team focused on service excellence. * Partner with Marriott support teams to ensure a smooth opening and continued brand success. * Develop strong local relationships and lead revenue\-building initiatives.
