Responsibilities * Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction * Lead, train, and support hotel teams with a focus on culture and accountability * Manage budgets, P\&L, and key operational metrics * Maintain brand standards, safety protocols, and compliance * Drive revenue through effective sales, market awareness, and revenue management strategies Qualifications * Prior GM or AGM experience in a branded hotel * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Solid understanding of hotel financials and operational KPIs * Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or Wyndham is a plus * Must be familiar with the Tampa hospitality market; no relocation offered What We Offer * Competitive salary and performance\-based incentives * Supportive, hands\-on management company with opportunities for growth * Stable, collaborative work environment with direct access to ownership **No Relocation; Local Tampa\-area candidates only**
