Job Overview MSC Companies is now hiring an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee the daily operations of our resort\-style property. In this pivotal role, you will drive guest satisfaction, lead and develop staff, and ensure the seamless operation of all hotel departments. Your leadership will inspire excellence across guest services, revenue management, human resources, and overall operational performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong communication skills (multilingual abilities are a plus), and thrives in a fast\-paced environment where delivering exceptional guest experiences is the top priority. We are specifically seeking a certified Hilton General Manager with proven experience operating within Hilton brand standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and oversee all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food \& beverage, and maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient operations * Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability through effective revenue management practices * Champion exceptional guest service by actively managing guest relations and resolving concerns promptly and professionally * Manage all human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and team development, fostering a positive and motivated work environment * Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost control measures to meet and exceed financial goals * Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and applicable legal regulations, including Hilton brand requirements * Supervise front desk operations, including night audit processes, and ensure efficient check\-in/check\-out procedures and proper phone etiquette standards * Maintain a welcoming, high\-quality resort atmosphere by upholding exceptional hospitality and service standards * Conduct routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation meet brand expectations Qualifications \& Skills * **Certified Hilton General Manager required** * Bilingual or multilingual communication skills preferred * Proven leadership experience in hotel or hospitality management * Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and resort\-style environments * Expertise in revenue management and driving profitability * Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills * Solid understanding of human resources practices, including hiring, training, and team leadership * Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control * Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and inspire teams * Familiarity with front desk systems, night audit procedures, and multi\-line phone systems
