This is a role for a hands\-on, entrepreneurial leader who thrives outside of large corporate structures—someone who understands how to balance operational excellence with personality, storytelling, and local connection. Reporting directly to ownership, the General Manager will act as both operator and steward of the guest experience, driving performance while preserving the character and individuality of the property. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, food \& beverage, and events, with a strong focus on delivering memorable, high\-touch guest experiences.
