**Glasgow Argyle Hotel**
is a distinctive city\-centre property with personality, pace, and purpose. We’re now seeking an exceptional
**Hotel General Manager**
to take the helm — someone who leads from the front, inspires high performance, and understands that great hotels are built on great people.
**The Opportunity**
As General Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the overall performance of the hotel — commercially, operationally and culturally. This is a hands\-on leadership role where your presence matters, your decisions make a difference, and your ability to bring people with you will define success.
**You’ll be trusted to:**
* Set the tone and vision for the hotel
* Lead, coach and develop a passionate management team
* Deliver strong commercial performance across rooms, F\&B, meetings and events

**About You**
You’ll already be operating as a
**Hotel General Manager**
(or an ambitious Operations Manager / Deputy GM ready for the step up) within a full‑service hotel environment.
**You’ll bring:**
* Proven experience leading hotel operations end‑to‑end
* A strong understanding of city\-centre or high\-demand trading environments
* Sound commercial and financial acumen
* A track record of developing and retaining talented teams
* The confidence to challenge, improve and innovate — while staying true to the brand
