**The Role**
As General Manager, you aren’t just overseeing a building; you’re leading a team and managing a multimillion\-dollar asset. You’ll be responsible for the "whole house"—from front\-office charm to back\-of\-house efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Operational Excellence:** Maintain IHG’s high brand standards with an eagle eye for detail.
* **Financial Mastery:** Take full ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and P\&L management to drive profitability.
* **Leadership:** Recruit, train, and inspire a team dedicated to the "Stay Smart" philosophy.
* **Sales \& Revenue:** Work closely with sales teams to maximize RevPAR and market share.
* **Tech Savvy:** Navigate daily operations using **HotelKey** (our PMS) to ensure seamless guest transitions.
**What You Bring**
* **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years as a General Manager** in a select\-service environment (this is a must\-have).
* **Brand Knowledge:** Prior **IHG experience** is a major plus.
* **Analytical Mindset:** You enjoy the "puzzle" of budgeting and can pivot strategies based on market trends.
* **Proactive Nature:** You don’t wait for a problem to arise; you’re already three steps ahead with a solution.
* **Communication:** Exceptional verbal and written skills for interacting with guests, staff, and ownership.
