**“Hotel Experienced Arabic speaking ” Cluster Director of Procurement for a leading hotel group in the Middle East** **This role is based in Egypt and “extensive Hotel experience” is mandatory** **General Brief:** * This is a full‑time on‑site role for a **Cluster Director of Procurement** in the Middle East. * The role includes managing and leading the financial division across multiple hotels, with a total of 750 rooms and 400 service apartments. * Reporting line to the Cluster Director of Finance **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. * Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) or MBA are added advantage. * Solid knowledge of procurement regulations, compliance, and supply chain risk management * Ability to lead cross functional teams in a multi\-property environment * Minimum of 10 years in procurement with at least 5 years in a senior cluster or corporate procurement role in the hospitality industry. * Strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management. * Expertise in procurement software, ERP systems, and analytics tools. * Fluent in English and Arabic **Package:** Generous salary based upon qualifications plus Accommodation, Transportation and Executive Benefits.
