Teacher Partner – At\-Home (Dance/Music/Art/Chess/Robotics/Language/Speech \& Drama/Numeracy) **About The Role** Teacher Partners at Openhouse deliver engaging, high\-quality classes for children while taking ownership of student progress, parent experience, and the overall learning environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and helping them build confidence through communication, storytelling, and presentations. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver high\-quality classes by preparing and conducting sessions using the Openhouse curriculum, ensuring active participation from every child. * Track student development by monitoring progress, maintaining records, and sharing meaningful feedback with parents and the management team. * Support the learning community by interacting with parents during feedback sessions, workshops, and events, and assisting with student trials and admissions when required. * Lead showcases and events by preparing students for performances, competitions, and presentations. * Continuously upskill by attending training sessions, teacher community events, and team meetings. **Time Commitment** * Any 5 days per week (20 hours total, 4 hours per day) * Weekday Timings: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM * Weekend Timings: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Location: Classes are conducted at students’ homes across Bellandur, Sarjapur, HSR, and Haralur. **Compensation** INR 25,000 – 35,000 per month, based on performance in interview rounds.
