Small team, product-first, moving fast.
Stack: Ruby on Rails, JS, Postgres, real-time + messaging infra
Work: automation engine (“playbooks”), AI-assisted flows, scaling data + messaging systems
Looking for strong full-stack engineers who:
- ship fast and care about product
- are comfortable owning things end-to-end
- have solid Rails experience
