**Head of Sales** **£60,000 Basic \+ £50,000 OTE \+ Company Car** Full P\&L responsibility for sales and operations in a regional business. Manage a complete business unit with a commercial focus. You’re already delivering. You’re winning business, growing accounts and probably helping others around you do the same. But you’re still not fully in control of the bigger picture. This role is built for someone who wants that next step, more influence, more responsibility and a genuine say in how a business grows. You’ll take on a commercially focused role where you’re driving sales, shaping strategy and influencing performance, with real visibility on the numbers and how decisions impact them.
