**About the Role**
Fancy Homes Real Estate is seeking an experienced and results\-driven
**Head of Sales / Sales Director**
to lead the next phase of our growth.
This is a
**high\-impact leadership role**
for a professional who can
**build, structure, and scale a real estate sales team from the ground up**
, while driving consistent revenue growth across both
**off\-plan and secondary market segments**
.
The ideal candidate will combine
**strong recruitment capability, leadership skills, and deep market knowledge**
to create a high\-performing, disciplined, and revenue\-focused sales organization.

**Key Objectives**
• Build and lead a team of
**20 real estate agents within a short timeframe (1–2 months)**
• Structure the team into:
–
**10 Off\-Plan Specialists**
–
**10 Secondary Market Specialists**
• Establish a strong sales culture focused on
**performance, accountability, and results**
• Drive team revenue and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets
• Develop internal processes for
**lead management, training, and performance tracking**

**Key Responsibilities**
• Lead full\-cycle
**recruitment, onboarding, and team development**
independently
• Design and implement
**sales strategies**
across off\-plan and secondary markets
• Monitor team KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue targets
• Provide continuous coaching, training, and support to agents
• Ensure proper allocation and utilization of company leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with
**developers, investors, and key stakeholders**
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, and client experience
• Report directly to management on team performance, growth, and strategy

**Compensation Structure**
**Phase 1 – Team Building Stage:**
• Commission\-based (no fixed salary during recruitment phase)
**Phase 2 – Post Team Setup \& Performance Activation:**
•
**AED 15,000 Monthly Salary**
• Attractive
**override commission on team performance**
• Additional earnings from
**personal deals (if applicable)**

**Candidate Profile**
We are looking for a professional who demonstrates:
• Proven experience in
**Dubai real estate (off\-plan \& secondary market)**
• Strong track record in
**team leadership and recruitment**
• Ability to build a team from zero and scale it quickly
• Existing network of agents or strong hiring capability
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market dynamics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Highly disciplined, performance\-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
