**Head of Sales \& Marketing – UK** **Location:** London, United Kingdom **Reports to:** Global Commercial \& Marketing Director **Direct Reports:** 1 (Account Manager) **About Vida Glow** Vida Glow is a leading ingestible beauty brand built on the belief that beauty begins from within. Known globally for our clinically proven marine collagen and science\-backed formulations, Vida Glow is distributed across premium retailers, professional clinics, spas, and luxury department stores worldwide. As we continue to expand our presence in the UK and European markets, we are looking for an experienced **Head of Sales \& Marketing** to drive brand growth, commercial performance, and retail partnerships across the region. **The Role** The **Head of Sales \& Marketing – UK** will lead the commercial and brand strategy for Vida Glow across the UK market. This role requires a rare hybrid profile: a commercially driven sales leader who also has a strong understanding of brand marketing and premium retail activation. You will be responsible for managing key retail partnerships (including Boots and other premium beauty retailers), driving revenue growth, executing marketing activations, and ensuring Vida Glow’s brand presence continues to strengthen across the UK market. You will play a pivotal role in localising the global brand strategy to the UK, working directly with UK agencies to bring the plans to life and ensuring it’s relevancy to the UK consumer \& competitive landscape. Reporting to the **Global Commercial \& Marketing Director** , you will work cross\-functionally with global teams while leading local market execution and managing one UK\-based account management team member. **Key Responsibilities** Commercial \& Sales Leadership * Own and deliver the **UK sales strategy** across retail, e\-commerce, and professional channels. * Manage and grow key accounts including **Boots and other premium retail partners** . * Develop and execute **Joint Business Plans (JBPs)** with key retailers to drive sustainable growth. * Identify new distribution opportunities within **premium beauty, wellness, and professional channels** . * Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and deliver against **sales and growth \& profitability targets** . * Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and category developments to identify growth opportunities. Brand \& Marketing Execution * Lead the **UK marketing strategy** in alignment with global brand positioning. * Drive impactful **retail marketing activations** across Boots and other key accounts. * Partner with the global marketing team to localise campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives for the UK market. * Manage in\-store visibility including merchandising, retail activations, sampling and promotional activity. * Work closely with retailers on **co\-funded marketing initiatives and media partnerships** . * Lead management of UK media \& PR agencies to unlock plans Product Launch \& Category Growth * Lead the execution of **new product launches in the UK market** , ensuring strong retail rollout and marketing support. * Identify opportunities to expand category presence across ingestible beauty and wellness. * Ensure strong brand storytelling and education across retail teams and partners. Team Leadership * Manage and develop the **UK Account Manager** , supporting account growth and operational excellence. * Foster a high\-performance culture focused on commercial growth and strong retailer relationships. Cross\-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with global teams across **marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain** . * Ensure seamless execution of retail launches, inventory planning, and commercial initiatives. * Support European expansion of Vida Glow across identified markets. **Experience \& Skills** Required * **10\+ years’ experience** across sales and marketing within beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands with a minimum of 4 years across brand marketing. * Strong experience managing **major UK retail accounts (Boots experience highly preferred)** . * Proven track record of delivering **commercial growth within premium retail environments** . * Experience executing **retail marketing activations and joint business plans** . * Strong understanding of **the UK beauty and wellness market** . * Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams. * Strong commercial capability with managing end to end country P\&L for brand. Preferred * Experience working with **premium beauty, ingestible beauty, supplements, or wellness brands** . * Background in both **brand marketing and commercial sales roles** in FMCG or Beauty Industry. * Experience working within **high\-growth or founder\-led brands** .
