**Experience : 7\-10 Years** **Location : Onsite \-Bangalore** **About Lyzr** Lyzr is an enterprise AI agent platform helping companies deploy production\-grade AI faster than anywhere else. We're growing fast across product, engineering, and go\-to\-market and we're looking for a People leader to grow and develop the function. This is a rare chance to own the entire people agenda at a company that's past the experimental stage but still early enough that your decisions will shape culture for years. **What You'll Own** * Design and build Lyzr's people function from the ground up — strategy, systems, and team * Lead talent acquisition across engineering, product, sales, and operations in India and the US * Own the full US and Canada employee experience: compensation benchmarking, health \& benefits administration, 401(k), equity, and compliance * Manage India HR operations including statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and vendor relationships * Build performance frameworks that are lightweight, fair, and actually drive growth * Shape culture in a distributed, async\-first team defining what 'great place to work' means at Lyzr * Partner with founders and leadership team on org design, headcount planning, and leveling * Establish onboarding and L\&D programs that help people ramp fast and grow continuously. **What We're Looking For** * 7\-10 years in HR or People roles, with meaningful time at an early\-stage tech startup (Series A–C range) * You've seen a company grow 2x–5x headcount and know what breaks if you don't build ahead of it * Hands\-on experience hiring for technical and non technical roles in India and US * Solid working knowledge of US employment law, benefits (health, dental, vision), insurance brokers, and equity administration. You don't need to be a lawyer, but you know when to call one * Equivalent fluency in Indian HR operations: PF, ESIC, gratuity, POSH compliance, and labor law basics * You've selected and implemented HRIS tools and built people processes without a big team behind you * Clear, direct communicator with candidates, with employees, and with leadership **Who Thrives Here** We're a small, focused team that moves fast and holds itself to high standards.
