Head of Legal - Senior Director

**Head of Legal, IMEA** An exciting opportunity for an experienced senior lawyer to lead the legal function for a **FTSE 50 business in the hospitality sector** , covering India, the Middle East and Africa. This strategic leadership role will oversee regional legal operations, manage a team of lawyers, and partner closely with executive stakeholders to support commercial growth while managing risk across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves advising on complex commercial agreements, **hotel development, franchising and real estate matters** , alongside regulatory, governance and dispute\-related issues. You will coordinate legal support across a diverse regional portfolio, oversee external counsel, and drive the development of legal frameworks and processes. Candidates will typically bring **10\+ years PQE** , strong cross\-border experience, proven leadership capability, and the ability to influence at senior level.
