**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role located in Peshawar for the Head of Early Years and Primary Section. The selected candidate will oversee the academic and operational management of the early years and primary sections, ensuring high educational standards are met. Key responsibilities include curriculum planning, teacher training and development, student progress monitoring, fostering a positive school culture, and liaising with parents and stakeholders. The role also requires leadership in guiding the teaching team, managing resources, and implementing educational best practices to improve student outcomes.
**Qualifications**
* Expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and assessment strategies for early years and primary education.
* Proven leadership, team management, and mentoring skills to support and guide the teaching staff effectively.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work with parents, students, and other stakeholders.
* Sound understanding of innovative teaching methodologies, child development, and quality assurance in education.
* Proficiency in educational planning, problem\-solving, and decision\-making to ensure smooth school operations.
* Relevant teaching license or certification, and a Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field preferred.
* Prior experience in a leadership role at an academic institution, particularly within early years and primary education.
* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment while promoting the overall development of students.
