Head Accountant

**About the company we're hiring for currently:** A KSA\-based startup under the umbrella of a group of companies working in the healthcare sector. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Chief Accountant** with 4–5 years of experience in the **hospital/healthcare sector** to independently manage day\-to\-day finance operations. The role will operate under the guidance of the CFO and Finance Manager, providing accurate financial reporting, monitoring revenue cycles, and ensuring compliance across all accounting processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end accounting functions, including ledger management, reconciliations, and month\-end/year\-end closing. * Oversee hospital billing, revenues, and insurance claim processes. * Monitor financial transactions related to laboratory tests, CT scans, ultrasound, and other diagnostic services. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. * Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for senior management review. * Work with ERP and Hospital Information Systems; experience with SAP S/4 HANA preferred. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies. * Support internal and external audits. * Assist in financial planning, analysis, and operational improvements. * Coordinate with other departments for financial and operational data to ensure seamless processes. * Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders. **Requirements:** * ACCA/CA (Part\-qualified or finalist) and/or Bachelors or Masters in Accounting or Finance. * Hands\-on experience with hospital billing, revenue management, and insurance claims. * Familiarity with laboratory and diagnostic revenue streams (CT, ultrasound, lab tests). * Expertise in **Hospital Information Systems (HIS)** . * Proficient in ERP systems; **SAP S/4 HANA** experience preferred. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and reporting skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior management. * Close attention to detail and accuracy. * **Experience:** 4–5 years of experience in **hospital or healthcare finance operations** is mandatory. **Other Details:** **Work Mode:** Remote \- Full Time (9 am \- 6 pm Saudi Time) \- 11 am \- 8 pm PKT **Experience:** 4\-5 Years (In Hospital/Healthcare) **Days:** Monday to Friday **Benefits:** * Medical Insurance * Gratuity
