**Overview** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Guitar Teacher to join our educational team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and inspiring them to reach their full potential. **Duties** * Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students. * Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. * Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback. * Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behaviour. * Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the school community. * Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational trends. **Requirements** * Been privately teaching a minimum of 1 year * Taken the Grade 8 exam * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. * Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching young learners. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team\-oriented environment. * Experience in using technology as an educational tool is advantageous. * Be comfortable teaching all ages and abilities * Be happy to put students through exams * Be aware of the GCSE music specifications If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of students and contribute positively to their educational journey, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position.
