Guest Service Attendant

**Purpose and Scope of Position (Main Objectives):** To deliver exceptional guest service and ensure a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience for all members and visitors. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, supporting daily operations, and enhancing the overall guest experience across the club facilities. **Key Responsibilities / Duties:** * Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and provide a high standard of customer service at all times. * Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general information about the club facilities and services. * Handle check\-ins, bookings, and reservations as required. * Ensure all guest areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times. * Coordinate with different departments (golf operations, F\&B, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery. * Support events, tournaments, and daily club activities as needed. * Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when required. * Maintain knowledge of club services, promotions, and events to assist guests effectively. * Assist with luggage handling, valet coordination, or transportation arrangements if required. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health \& safety standards, and service protocols. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Skills \& Requirements:** * Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment. * Good problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in golf clubs, resorts, or luxury hospitality environments. * Basic knowledge of golf operations is an advantage.
