About Gitrex Technologies Gitrex Technologies is a fast growing custom software development agency helping startups and SMEs build modern web, mobile, AI, and cloud products. We work with clients across the US and international markets and are building an agent\-led, services\-driven growth engine. We are looking for a GTM Engineer who can bridge growth, sales, systems, and automation. This is not a traditional sales role. You will design and build repeatable go to market systems that help us identify leads, personalize outreach, automate workflows, and improve conversion rates. What You Will Do * Build and optimize outbound growth systems for Upwork, LinkedIn, email, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and other GTM platforms * Create lead generation workflows for target industries, companies, and ICPs * Design and automate multi step outreach campaigns using AI and no code tools * Work closely with the founder to improve the entire sales funnel from lead sourcing to booked calls * Set up and manage CRM workflows, pipelines, tagging, and reporting * Build enrichment and scoring systems for leads using data from multiple sources * Use AI agents and automation tools to reduce manual work in prospecting and follow up * Improve proposal quality and personalization for Upwork and outbound opportunities * Run experiments on messaging, positioning, offers, targeting, and outreach sequences * Analyze campaign performance and identify what is driving more meetings and closed deals * Help define the ideal customer profile for our software development services * Collaborate with leadership, sales, and technical teams to align growth strategy with company goals Tools You May Work With * Clay * Apollo * Instantly * LinkedIn Sales Navigator * OpenAI, Claude, or other AI tools * Zapier, Make, n8n, or OpenClaw * HubSpot, Pipedrive, or another CRM * Google Sheets, Airtable, and Notion * Upwork and LinkedIn outreach systems What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, you should be able to: * Build a repeatable outbound system generating qualified meetings every week * Increase reply rates and booked calls across multiple channels * Create dashboards and reporting that clearly show funnel performance * Automate a significant portion of lead sourcing and outreach * Help Gitrex consistently generate more pipeline from both outbound and Upwork Requirements * 2 to 5\+ years of experience in growth, sales operations, GTM engineering, RevOps, or a related role * Experience working with service businesses, agencies, SaaS companies, or B2B outbound teams * Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, prospecting, and CRM systems * Hands on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Make, or similar * Strong written English and ability to craft highly personalized outreach * Analytical mindset with the ability to test, measure, and improve campaigns * Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, APIs, and automation tools * Experience using AI tools for research, personalization, and workflow automation is a major plus * Self driven, resourceful, and able to work directly with founders in a fast moving environment Nice to Have * Experience with Upwork lead generation and proposal workflows * Experience using AI agents, OpenClaw, or custom automation systems * Technical background in software development, APIs, or scripting * Familiarity with the software development agency space * Experience building outbound systems for US based markets Why Join Gitrex * Opportunity to work directly with the founder and shape the company’s growth engine * Exposure to AI led sales and modern GTM systems * Fast paced environment with real ownership and impact * Clear opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the company scales * Work on a business already generating strong recurring revenue and expanding rapidly How to Apply Please send: * A short introduction * Relevant experience with GTM systems and outbound growth * Examples of workflows, campaigns, or automation systems you have built * Any tools you are strongest with * Links to your LinkedIn, portfolio, or previous work if available
