Growth \& Product Sales Manager B2B SaaS \| Full\-Time \| Hybrid ***About the Role*** We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded **Growth \& Product Sales Manager** to join our scaling team. This is a unique hybrid role that blends outbound sales development with product marketing and client success built for someone who is equally comfortable crafting a compelling whitepaper as they are cold calling a C\-suite executive. You will own the full growth loop: generating and qualifying new leads, enabling the sales process with sharp content and collateral, nurturing existing client relationships, and keeping our brand visible and credible in the market. If you are a self\-starter who tghrives with ownership and loves variety, this role was made for you. ***Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development*** * **Strategic Prospecting:** Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io to research and build targeted, high\-intent lead lists aligned with our ideal customer profile. * **Multi\-Channel Outreach:** Execute structured cold email sequences, LinkedIn messaging campaigns, and occasional discovery calls to engage IT leaders and C\-suite executives. * **Lead Qualification:** Identify key pain points related to IT customer experience and NPS to convert cold prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). * **Meeting Coordination:** Book and schedule product demos for the General Manager, ensuring a smooth handoff and a great first impression for every prospect. * **CRM Management:** Meticulously log all outreach activity, lead data, and pipeline updates to maintain accurate reporting and forecasting. ***Marketing \& Content*** * **Customer Newsletter:** Own the end\-to\-end production and delivery of our client newsletter — highlighting new product features, sharing best practices, and keeping our brand top\-of\-mind for busy IT leaders. * **Content Production:** Write high\-impact whitepapers, LinkedIn articles, and thought leadership pieces that speak directly to product pain points and position our brand as an industry authority. * **Sales Enablement:** Design and continuously refine pitch decks, ROI calculators, and one\-pagers that simplify our value proposition for both prospects and the sales team. ***Client Success \& Advocacy*** * **First\-Line Support:** Manage the client support inbox and provide timely, professional responses — acting as the human face of the product and translating complex technical updates into clear, helpful solutions. * **Client Advocacy:** Proactively engage existing clients to gather feedback, uncover success stories for case studies, and ensure they are achieving maximum ROI from the platform. ***What we're Looking for*** * **Experience:** 2–4 years in a B2B SaaS sales, SDR, or marketing role. A background that spans both sales and marketing is a strong advantage. * **Communication:** Exceptional English written and verbal. You can write compelling long\-form content one day and confidently engage a C\-suite executive the next. * **Content Skills:** Strong copywriting ability across formats whitepapers, newsletters, LinkedIn articles, pitch decks, and one pagers. * **Tech Stack:** Proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and email marketing tools. * **Mindset:** Highly resilient, proactive, and self\-motivated. You have a hunter mentality for new business and a nurturing approach with existing clients.
