Group Legal Counsel

Our mission is to foster harmony between people and the natural environment through innovative design and community\-focused development. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Group Legal Counsel, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Group Legal Counsel will handle day\-to\-day legal responsibilities, including drafting and reviewing contracts, providing accurate legal advice, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Responsibilities will also include overseeing dispute resolution processes, managing legal risks, and guiding the organization on complex legal issues. **Qualifications** * Expertise in Law and a deep understanding of legal frameworks and regulations * Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation * Proficiency in identifying and resolving Legal Issues and providing sound Legal Advice * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders * A law degree from an accredited institution; bar membership is a strong advantage * Experience working in corporate and/or real estate law is highly preferred * Proficiency in local UAE regulations and international legal practices is a plus * Liaise with external legal advisors and government authorities when required * Maintain proper legal documentation and contract records **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) * 2–3 years of experience\*\* in corporate/commercial law (law firm or in\-house) * Knowledge of UAE legal framework is preferred * Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills **Preferred:** * Experience in real estate, hospitality, or multi\-business groups * Familiarity with compliance and regulatory processes in the UAE
