Location: Karachi
Reports to: CEO
Direct Reports: Principals of all campuses, Admissions Heads, Academic Coordinators, and relevant Head Office functions
ROLE PURPOSE
The Group Director – Schools \& Growth is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of the school network. This role ensures the delivery of high\-quality education while driving student enrollment growth, strengthening operational efficiency, and ensuring the financial sustainability of the school group.
The position combines academic leadership, operational management, and strategic growth execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1\. School Performance \& Leadership
Provide leadership and oversight to all school principals and campuses
Establish performance standards and ensure accountability across campuses
Conduct regular performance reviews of principals and key leadership staff
Ensure alignment of all campuses with organizational vision and standards
2\. Enrollment Growth \& Expansion
Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment across all campuses
Improve campus utilization and maximize existing infrastructure capacity
Oversee admissions strategy, outreach, and conversion effectiveness
Identify opportunities for expansion, new programs, or new campuses
3\. Academic Quality \& Educational Excellence
Ensure high academic standards across all schools
Oversee curriculum implementation and teaching quality
Monitor student performance outcomes and academic progress
Implement teacher development, training, and performance improvement initiatives
4\. Financial Sustainability \& Operational Efficiency
Ensure schools operate efficiently and sustainably
Monitor revenue growth, cost discipline, and operational effectiveness
Identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures
Work closely with finance to support planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring
5\. Operational Management
Ensure smooth day\-to\-day functioning of all campuses
Standardize operational processes across schools
Improve systems, reporting, and management controls
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
6\. Strategic Planning \& Execution
Develop and implement annual growth and performance plans
Track key performance indicators across all campuses
Provide regular performance reports to the CEO
Drive continuous improvement across academic and operational areas
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated based on:
Student enrollment growth
Annual revenue growth
Campus utilization improvement
Academic quality and student performance
Operational efficiency and cost discipline
Stability and leadership effectiveness across campuses
QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience in school systems or education management
Proven track record of managing multiple campuses or large educational institutions
Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning capabilities
Experience in driving enrollment growth and improving institutional performance
Strong financial awareness and operational management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

AUTHORITY
