This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to kickstart their career on large\-scale developments while gaining international experience in one of Europe's busiest construction markets. You will be supported through a structured graduate programme and work alongside experienced engineers and project teams. Key Responsibilities * Assist with setting out and surveying using Total Station and GPS equipment * Support senior engineers in interpreting drawings and technical specifications * Monitor site activities to ensure works are delivered in line with design and programme * Ensure compliance with health \& safety and quality standards on site * Assist in coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Carry out site inspections and quality checks * Maintain accurate records, reports, and as\-built drawings * Liaise with site management and project teams Requirements * Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline * Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience (internship/placement) * Strong interest in pursuing a Site Engineering career * Good understanding of construction drawings and site processes * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Willingness to relocate to London Desirable * Internship or placement experience within construction in Ireland or the UK * Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, or surveying equipment * Safe Pass (advantageous but not essential) What's on Offer * Full relocation support to London (where applicable) * Structured graduate programme with mentoring and training * Opportunity to work on high\-profile UK projects * Clear career progression within a leading contractor * Competitive graduate salary \+ benefits
