Who you are **You would need** * Ideally holding a Civil Engineering degree grade 2:1 or above, or in your final year studying toward this qualification. – Good communication skills. – Enthusiastic and ambitious to learn and progress your career. – A problem solver, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Our modern open plan office is located within Longbridge town centre and all it’s amenities whilst also having excellent links to the transport network. You’ll work on a variety of challenging and interesting schemes from inception through construction, to completion, across a range of sectors. With the support of senior colleagues, you’ll be involved in the production of engineering drawings, reports and calculations. Our Graduate Training Programme which will help to underpin your progression and give you the necessary skills to undertake the role.
