**Global Sales Director**
. This is a high\-impact leadership role responsible for driving global sales strategy across North America and Europe while aligning commercial execution with operational capabilities and long\-term growth objectives.
This position is ideal for a strategic, commercially driven leader who thrives in complex, multi\-region environments and has a proven ability to scale sales operations, build strong customer relationships, and lead high\-performing teams.
**Global Sales Director Details:**
* Competitive Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 (depending on experience)
* Schedule: Full\-time, permanent
* Location: On\-site
* Vacation: Paid time off
**Global Sales Director Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute global sales strategies across North America and Europe aligned with corporate growth objectives
* Identify new markets, customer segments, and product opportunities to drive profitable revenue growth
* Own global forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking against targets
* Build and maintain executive\-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners
* Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and long\-term commercial agreements
* Act as the senior escalation point for key customer issues and commercial risk management
* Lead, coach, and develop regional sales leaders and teams across multiple markets
* Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and accountability structures across the sales organization
* Foster a high\-performance, results\-driven culture with strong cross\-regional collaboration
* Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and R\&D to align sales commitments with production capacity and service levels
* Partner with Marketing and Product teams on go\-to\-market strategies and product innovation
* Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical business practices
* Manage commercial risk including contracts, pricing governance, and customer concentration
**Global Sales Director Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
* 10\+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or FMCG environments
* Proven experience managing multi\-region sales operations across North America and Europe
* Strong leadership experience in complex, matrixed organizations
* Demonstrated success in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and margin management
* Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to drive growth and profitability
* Strong communication and relationship\-building skills at the executive level
* Highly organized, strategic thinker with the ability to operate in a fast\-paced, global environment
**Preferred:**
* MBA or advanced business qualification
* Experience working with retail, foodservice, or industrial customer segments
* Exposure to global, export\-driven, or family\-owned manufacturing environments
