Bring your leadership, strategic mindset, and communicative style, since you will drive the execution of strategic competence development globally within HVDC. With your experience in digital learning, you will also work with and develop methods to reskill and upskill our employees. **How You’ll Make An Impact** * Strategically drive and contribute to competence development initiatives across the organization—both those triggered by business needs and those you identify proactively. * Identify potential tools and processes to support our strategy \- such as digital knowledge sharing and development of digital learnin. * Increase collaboration, create transparency and share experiences within the Hitachi Energy organization. * Contribute to transfer of knowledge and Internal training content. * Maintain an overview of the competencies within HVDC and streamline competence development initiatives. * Continuously develop your area of responsibility and stay informed about future trends in learning and competence development. * Actively participate in competence\-related networks both within Hitachi Energy and externally.
