**General Sales and Operations Manager** Having doubled our sales for two years running, we are now looking for a dynamic, highly motivated cannabis industry professional who is ready to lead day\-to\-day business operations, while focusing on sales and marketing and post\-harvest operations. This position is well suited to someone who fully embraces the nuances of our people\-oriented cannabis culture and is excited about the prospect of taking on P\&L accountability of a small but well financed and fast growing cannabis company. The successful candidate will be someone who has both a strong operational background, an eye for detail and a genuine love for sales and marketing. And is someone who is intimately familiar with the ins and outs of the highly regulated but fun and fast evolving cannabis marketplace in Canada. The plan is to streamline internal operations and maximize productivity to support our rapid growth, while staying true to the artisanal craft cannabis culture we foster \& love. And, on the sales side, to enhance our impact on select market segments and to both broaden assortments and add high value customers with the underlying goal to again double sales over the next few years. A strong analytical and relationship skillset will be fundamental, as is a get\-it\-done results driven mindset. Our culture is highly inclusive and collaborative, and we are seeking someone who is a genuine\-people person, but also has the inner discipline and strategic thinking combined with administrative and operational expertise, excellent sales and communication skills and a high level of professionalism. This is an excellent stepping stone entry position into a senior management level job, with real potential to become the next CEO at Partake. Salary range is 85\-100K per annum.  The position is located in Edmonton, and our ideal candidate will be university educated and has at least 5 years in a hands\-on operations and/or sales leadership position in a fast paced environment, including 2 years with a Canadian licenced producer.   Partake Cannabis Inc. is an artisanal craft cannabis company, based in Edmonton, AB, which has a number of well\-known cannabis brands.
