We are looking for someone smart, commercially minded, strong with people and numbers, and capable of taking real initiative across operations, team leadership, retail execution, and e\-commerce coordination. The right person may already be in a senior operating role, or may be a rising high\-potential leader ready to step into a bigger seat.
