**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a General Manager based in Bengaluru, India. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and maintaining service excellence. Responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, developing and executing business strategies, upholding brand standards, leading and motivating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The General Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders and implement innovative initiatives to enhance the guest experience and hotel performance.

**Financial Performance:**
· Manage P\&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to maximize profitability and GOP.

· Lead revenue strategy across rooms, F\&B, and events; strengthen corporate, MICE, and long\-stay segments.
**Franchise \& Stakeholder Management:**
· Ensure compliance with brand standards while effectively managing owner relationships and expectations.
**People Leadership:**
· Build, mentor, and lead a high\-performing team; drive engagement, retention, and leadership development.
**Guest Experience \& Reputation:**
· Uphold and enhance the hotel’s reputation through exceptional guest service and strong online presence.
**Compliance \& Governance:**
· Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, safety standards, and corporate policies.
**Candidate Profile**
· Proven experience as a
**General Manager / Hotel Manager**
in a
**luxury or upper\-upscale hotel environment**
·
**Mandatory experience in franchise hotel operations**
with strong brand compliance exposure
· Demonstrated success in
**driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth**
· Strong commercial acumen with expertise in
**sales strategy, yield management, and business development**
· Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
· Deep understanding of
**Bengaluru market dynamics**
or similar metro business hubs
· Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making capabilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Qualifications**
· Bachelor’s degree in
**Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field**
