**Job Description** About Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five\-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf. **About The Position** Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a General Manager to join the resort’s Pool Services team. **Responsibilities** The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: * Lead and manage all aspects of pool operations including staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all pool areas. * Maintain high standards of guest service and respond promptly to guest feedback and concerns. * Oversee pool maintenance, water quality testing, and coordination with engineering for repairs and upkeep. * Develop and implement SOPs for pool services, including towel service, cabana rentals, and VIP guest handling. * Collaborate with F\&B, housekeeping, and recreation teams to enhance the overall poolside experience. * Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered. * Monitor inventory and manage procurement of supplies and equipment. * Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational reports. * Drive team engagement, training, and development to ensure a motivated and service\-oriented workforce. * Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in luxury pool services. **About You** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. * Minimum 8–10 years of experience in pool or recreation management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. * Strong knowledge of pool safety standards, water treatment systems, and facility management. * Proven leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, organizational, and guest service skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, luxury hospitality environment. * Lifeguard certification and First Aid/CPR preferred. * Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required. **About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Benefits** We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
