This role translates strategic initiatives into actionable plans, ensuring the restaurant operates at peak profitability while upholding the highest service and quality standards. The General Manager works closely with department heads to align goals, enhance productivity, and implement best practices across all operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Revenue Management: The General Manager is accountable for the restaurant’s financial health, including managing budgets, forecasts, and reports. Implement processes that optimize workflow, minimize waste, and maximize profitability. Monitoring sales, labor costs, and operational KPIs allows them to make informed decisions that drive financial performance. * Operations \& Guest Experience Management: Lead the daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and outstanding guest satisfaction. Oversees staff scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to maintain smooth workflows and achieve business targets. Ensures consistent delivery of high\-quality service, food, and ambiance that align with brand standards. Actively monitors guest feedback and performance results, implementing improvements to elevate both operational excellence and the overall dining experience. * Strategic Initiatives \& Business Support: Executes strategic projects that strengthen the restaurant’s market position and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns, events, and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and maximizing commercial opportunities. * Team Leadership \& Development: Lead and motivate the restaurant team is a core responsibility. The General Manager oversees recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure high morale and professional standards. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, guiding staff development and succession planning. * Compliance \& Brand Standards: The General Manager ensures all operations comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and local health and safety regulations. Maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests, conducting regular audits to uphold operational and brand standards. **Qualifications** * Proven leadership experience in hospitality management, with a strong track record in pre\-opening projects, ideally within Dubai or other high\-growth, competitive markets. Experience overseeing large\-scale, high\-volume restaurant operations is essential. * Strong commercial and financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance analysis. * Strong knowledge of health, safety, and food regulations with commitment to compliance. * Proficiency in restaurant systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office tools. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills with a focus on staff development and collaboration across departments.
