Job Description
The ideal candidate should have minimum 20 years experience in Quality Function in Real Estate Industry, with atleast 5 to 6 yrs experience in leadership role in QAQC.
**Responsibilities**
* Establishing \& implementation of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Risk Assessment, RCA, etc.
* Developing work methodology, Inspection \& Test Plans for all activities, (in coordination with site QC managers)
* Smooth functioning of Quality Inspection process, with OR without software.
* Coordinating with Collaborative service providers (for quality) for their effective performance
* Leading the Quality Team on all fronts successfully including allocation
* Participate in interview \& selection process of Quality personnel
* Managing periodic site quality audits, NC Management
* Effective implementation of Re\-work/ s/c performance\-based debit system
* Developing \& implementing periodical Quality Surveillance process.
* Establishing \& implementing Lessons Learned
* Managing data \& providing statistical reports to Top Management regarding the performance of QMS.
* Providing Support for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
* Maintain documentation \& prepare Quality reports for management.
