From design to bulk production, ZS Knitwear values excellent communication, attention to detail, and on\-time delivery to meet client satisfaction. **Role Description** The General Manager \- Knitting will oversee day\-to\-day knitting operations to ensure production goals are met, quality standards are upheld, and efficiency is maintained. Responsibilities include managing staff and workflow on the factory floor, optimizing production schedules, enforcing compliance with industry and sustainability certifications, and ensuring the proper maintenance and operation of advanced knitting machinery. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams, including design, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure the seamless delivery of orders. This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in the Lahore District. **Qualifications** * Strong leadership, team management, and client communication skills * Expertise in flat knitting operations, production management, and machine maintenance * Experience with Shima Seiki or comparable knitting machinery * Understanding sustainability standards and compliance with certifications such as BSCI, GOTS, and ISO * Ability to develop and optimize production schedules and meet delivery timelines * Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control * Proficiency in analyzing production data and implementing process improvements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Textile Engineering or a related field * Prior experience in a managerial role within a textile or knitting manufacturing environment is preferred
