General Manager

We are currently supporting a confidential mandate for a **General Manager** to oversee the setup and long\-term management of a large, complex mixed\-use environment in the UAE. This role requires a **highly experienced General Manager** with a strong background in managing large\-scale communities, districts, or multi\-asset environments, ideally within a developer or destination setting, combined with an understanding of **lifestyle\-led and wellness\-driven environments** . **The Role** * Lead the operational setup and ongoing management of a large, multi\-component destination * Establish governance frameworks, service delivery models, and operational structures * Manage a multi\-stakeholder ecosystem, ensuring alignment across various functions and partners * Drive a high\-quality, hospitality\-led experienc **e** across residential, lifestyle, and public environments * Support the integration of wellness and lifestyle elements into the overall community experience **The Profile** We are particularly interested in individuals who have: * Led **large communities, districts, or mixed\-use developments** * Operated within a **developer, estate management, or destination environment** * Experience overseeing **multi\-asset or multi\-community portfolios** * A strong foundation in **operations, governance, and stakeholder management** * Exposure to **lifestyle\-driven environments** , where customer experience and community activation are key This could include: * Community / Estate Directors * District or Multi\-Community Leaders * General Managers of large\-scale developments * Hospitality leaders who have transitioned into **multi\-unit or estate operations** **DUE TO THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED, ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED**
