Job Description
This role is essentially standalone with shared administrative support. To be successful, you need to be a seasoned, qualified HR specialist with demonstrable experience working in creative, entrepreneurial, and fast\-paced environments.
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you'll be commercially savvy and have sophisticated influencing skills.
**What You’ll do:**
* Development of the company's people strategy and related policies/ways of working that support our culture, reflect its mission and values, and ensure that diversity is firmly embedded and valued within the business.
* Identify, develop, and implement innovative HR projects that improve team member engagement and organizational performance and support business strategic goals.
* Lead and deliver a comprehensive HR service through a range of projects and activities in areas such as team planning and recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward and recognition, talent development, succession planning, well\-being, and employment law compliance.
* Develop an effective performance management system ensuring that organizational values/objectives are translated into measurable competencies, behaviors, and objectives, which is supported by a standardized and robust appraisal program.
**Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team:**

* Work with team leaders to create a talent pipeline \& a bank of candidates to aid with direct resourcing.
* Provide support, coaching, and advice to managers and staff on all human resource issues.

**What You Need:**
* Minimum 8 years of experience as a People/HR Manager or Head of Human Resources
* Relevant qualifications
* Have done hiring for hard\-to\-fill, niche roles
* Experience in working within a generalist HR function at the mid\-senior level.
* Experience in developing and implementing a wide range of projects and activities in all areas of HR, including organizational culture and design, recruitment and talent planning, L\&D, PMS, compensation \& reward, and team member engagement.
