General Manager, Hotel

**Position:** General Manager **Location:** Stoughton, MA **Salary:** 90,000\-95,000k We're looking for a hands\-on General Manager to take charge of daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and Guest Services at a select\-service hotel in Stoughton, MA. This role involves coaching department leaders, tracking performance metrics, managing budgets and payroll, and ensuring compliance with all hotel standards and regulations. You'll also stay ahead of local market trends, engage with community partners, and look for opportunities to grow demand and revenue. **About the Hotel** This property serves both business and leisure guests near Boston.
