**About The Opportunity** A leading organization in the private healthcare sector operating multi\-specialty hospitals across India is hiring an on\-site senior operations leader. Primary job title: General Manager \- Hospital Operations. This role owns hospital performance, clinical governance, accreditation, and P\&L delivery while driving patient\-experience and growth initiatives. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end hospital operations across clinical, nursing, admin and support functions to ensure safe, high\-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. * Own financial performance: develop budgets, manage P\&L, implement cost\-control measures and revenue\-optimization strategies. * Drive accreditation and quality programs (NABH/SOPs), clinical governance, infection control and patient\-safety initiatives. * Build and mentor cross\-functional leadership teams; oversee talent management, staffing plans and performance frameworks. * Develop and execute strategic growth and business development plans, strengthen physician and payor relationships, and increase market share. * Implement operational KPIs, dashboards and HIS/EMR workflows to improve throughput, patient experience and operational efficiency. **Skills \& Qualifications** **Must\-Have** * Hospital Operations * Healthcare Administration * NABH Standards * Regulatory Compliance * Budgeting and FinancialManagement * Hospital Information Systems **Preferred** * Lean Six Sigma * Electronic Medical Records * Revenue Cycle Management **Minimum Qualifications** * Proven leadership experience in multi\-specialty hospital management with end\-to\-end operational ownership and demonstrated results in quality and financial metrics. * Relevant degree (healthcare management/clinical or equivalent) and hands\-on experience with NABH accreditation or equivalent quality frameworks. **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Competitive compensation with performance\-linked incentives and leadership autonomy. * Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives in a growth\-focused hospital environment with strong emphasis on quality and continuous improvement. * Collaborative, metrics\-driven culture focused on patient outcomes and professional development.
