We are seeking an
**energetic hospitality leader**
with
**international exposure**
and experience managing
**clubs, luxury resorts, hotels, and multi\-restaurant operations**

* Lead
**overall operations**
of club/resort facilities including
**restaurants, banquets, and guest services**

* Drive
**membership growth, revenue expansion, and brand positioning**
.
* Manage full
**P\&L, budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA performance**
.
* Oversee
**multi\-outlet F\&B operations**
ensuring premium service standards.
* Ensure seamless coordination across
**front office, housekeeping, engineering, sales, and F\&B teams**
.
* Maintain
**international hospitality standards**
and exceptional
**member/guest experience**
.
**๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ**
* **5โ10 years leadership experience**
as
**GM / Resident Manager**
in
**clubs, resorts, or luxury hotels**
.
* **Mandatory global exposure**
in international hospitality markets such as
**Middle East, Europe, or Southeast Asia**
.
* Experience with
**luxury hospitality brands**
(Marriott, Hilton, Accor, Hyatt, etc.) preferred.
* Strong expertise in
**club operations, F\&B management, and membership\-driven business models**
.
* **MBA preferred**
from reputable institutions (
**LUMS, IBA, NUST, UMT**
) or equivalent.
* Degree in
**Hospitality Management / Business / Marketing**
preferred
