A well\-positioned hospitality ownership group is seeking an experienced
**General Manager**
to lead operations at a
**200\-room full\-service hotel in West Palm Beach**
. This property features multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet and event space, and operates in a highly seasonal market with strong winter demand.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned hotel leader to oversee all aspects of the property's performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and mentor department heads and hotel staff while fostering a strong culture of teamwork and service excellence
* Oversee daily hotel operations including front office, guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and events
* Drive revenue performance through strategic revenue management and operational efficiency
* Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
* Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service standards and guest engagement
* Maintain compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and operational policies
* Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives to maximize the hotel's performance and guest experience
**Ideal Profile**
* Current
**General Manager**
or senior hotel operations leader within a
**full\-service hotel environment**
* Experience with
**major hotel brands (Marriott experience considered a strong asset)**
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strong operational and financial performance
* Strong background in guest experience, service culture, and team development
* Experience managing properties with
**significant seasonal demand**
