* Drive

across branches and channels, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs.
* Oversee

, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
* Strengthen and expand
**employee banking portfolio**
through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
* Manage, mentor, and develop Area Managers and branch teams to build high\-performance culture.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including operations, risk, marketing, and HR.
* Optimize customer experience and service delivery across all touchpoints.
**Key Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 10–15 years of overall experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
* Minimum
**2–5 years of experience as an Area Manager / Regional Manager**
