General Manager Freight Forwarding

**Position Title** : General Manager Freight Forwarding **Job Location** : Karachi, Pakistan **What You Will Do?** As, GM Freight Forwarding, his/her responsibility will be to Lead and oversee freight forwarding operations by developing strategic plans, driving business growth, optimizing supply chain processes, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. * Lead the development and expansion of freight forwarding operations in Pakistan. * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders both within Pakistan and internationally. * Identify target markets and key accounts to drive business development and market penetration. * Oversee operational performance, service delivery, and issue resolution. * Manage major local and international client accounts. * Prepare and present regular business performance reports and forecasts. * Build, lead, and develop a high\-performing logistics team. **What You Will Bring?** * 15\+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management. * Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field. * Strong commercial acumen and experience in strategic planning and business development. * Proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu. * Self\-driven leader with the ability to work across cross\-functional and international teams.
